When I graduated from high school, I got a laptop from my uncle, which until now I'm still using and it remains the most precious gift I have ever received.

It was not because my uncle was very rich to give me a laptop as a high school graduation gift. I've fought and struggled very hard during three years in high school and I successfully made it into a prestigious university. I remembered clearly that there were only 2 people in my town cracking their ways to university that year. Luckily, I was one of them. So my uncle generously bought me a laptop.

I was very happy to have my own computer. During the 3 months summer vacation before university, I was hooked on the computer almost every day. I've got to say, computer plus internet is the greatest invention ever. I suddenly felt like I've learnt a lot, even much more than what I have learnt at school. And I could access everything online, which really has broadened me, a country girl's horizon. It is all because of this laptop, this wonderful gift.

Although it is already out dated and I feel I'm gonna have to buy a new one, I will still keep it. It is like a companion, a friend or even a teacher to me. It is indeed the priceless present to me.
